"Abbey Rainbow Road"

This is a commission piece for my college roommate, Jennifer, she has helped me so much over the past year and helped me walk the walk.  In this piece, I decided to collaborate a little bit of impressionism with a little bit of Pop Art.  The materials I used for this piece...acrylic, oil, glitter, and puff paint.  Song that inspired this piece...Here Comes the Sun  and the...lyrics "Future So Bright I Gotta Wear Shades".  On the white beetle bug is the symbol for "Peace" and "Love is on the Black car.  Yes, it is official, I am a bit hippy....but man look at all that vibrant color..the world needs more of it.  Thanks Jennifer, for being there this year...you made me a stronger person and better friend..I love ya sister!!
